Juliena aka Ren Mother is a supermodel in America, so it's possible that people in Japan didn't recognize her. I'm Asian myself, I'm familiar with Hollywood star but not with American models, I wouldn't even know who the heck Gigi Hadid is if she isn't dating Zayn.
