I was thinking she’s pregnant
Nosebleeds are a less well-known pregnancy symptom and can happen at anytime. Swollen feet are more towards the end but she wouldn't have noticed if it weren't for the shoes. Subtle swelling. And we don't have a full time line between when she had that night after her "little dip" into the water. She could have miscarried in that cold of water so I suspect it is their second round that has done it.
I really think she will have a red-headed baby first.

Let's go back to the pre-kidnapped part. I know Ripley is working tirelessly so nosebleeds are understandable but with the swollen feet, I'm thinkin' somethin' else is riding under the radar. Zeronis might be seeing that limited/special edition logo a lot sooner than he thinks. Or a strawberry.
She will go nuts if he won't let her leave the house after all of this.
