Saito has a plan. He's trying to get them to either talk it out or get kitagawa to shared his feelings. It's like when natsume called saito secretly when tomita as jealous.

yall i hate saito-san for stealing tomita-san from me but tomita-san stole saito-san from me too so i don't have a choice ... damn.... anyway i can't actually blame natsume-san for what he's trying to do but i wish he could trust kitagawa more and rely on him more. saito-san should've told natsume-san to just let kitagawa meet the ex especially when kitagawa told him that he want to tell natsumesan's ex that he's his... why did he volunteered... well i can't change the story but i wish in next chapter natsumesan would realize and think of kitagawa's feelings
