My rule for recognising second male lead has always been;
1. catch feelings after male lead does or
2. Always was in love but was a coward
3. FL is interested but simultaneously cannot stop thinking about ml so second male lead never stood a chance
And they must always be sad about relationship between male lead and female lead. Homeboy doesn't fit any of these. So I'm still sus.
For I once, I’m not suffering from second male lead syndrome. This guys just grates on my nerves more and more with every new chapter. So if he’s endgame someone please tell me so I’m prepared (to potentially drop this). Girls literally met him twice and was like UwU I think I’m in love. Gurl u finna die if ur ass gets exposed.
