thank god someone found it, i was driving myself crazy trying to find it bc i knew exactly what you were talking about but could not remember the title at all
So there was this rich high schooler and he went to visit his parents like in their summer house. There was also the gardner who was pretty cool and anytime the high school would approach him the gardner would just leave because he gets nervous.
