So I think they dad liked the daughter but had to act indifferently so the emperor who seems evil wouldn’t know, to avoid the emperor using the daughter because the dad loves the daughter.
The dagger was probably for protection not to be used for suicide and the guy max is the dad’s disciple so he probably went to go save the girl hence why he didn’t have the emperor’s permission to visit her
Looking at what we have now... think that blue dagger wasn’t for her to kill herself but to let red eye know who she was, and why he said he wouldn’t kill her.
But his reaction now... I’m not to sure if he liked the previous villainous or if he was just her father’s student.
Does anyone know if this is the case for the previous villiainous?
Also her dad said not again...so mother or past life?
