Both are guilty just the same.
Both are lying to each others, i dont see whos more guilty.
If they dont fix or communicate it, their relationship is pretty much doomed.
I'm sorry but I refuse to place the blame on the ML. She's a grown up. She can say no. The author can't possibly expect us to treat this as a serious thing when the set up is ridiculous. In reality no one would keep dating someone just because they were ashamed of a misunderstanding. Actually no one would date over a misunderstanding.
