Well what has been shown to us could be just Utsumi's (drunken) memory (he was drinking too)? And lets not forget that there also was that one dark haired guy bullying him at the drinking party (ಠ_ಠ)
Also, as I mentioned previously, that kind of drastic change in Akamine's character would seem very off.... idk (￣∇￣")

i also found it super weird that at one moment Akamine is leaning on Utsumi for support cause hes drunk and bein a nice guy and then 2 seconds later he just YEETS him to the ground and starts assaulting him. Idk yall it just seems too abrupt. the whole memory seems a bit sus..
