Im slowly getting convinced that in chinese manhua authors love to drag the FL depending on the whims of the MLs, it indeed have a great start cause I love how she's cunning and decisive but can't resist cause the MLs possess great power and reputation. I would love to see her rise and grow than to get dragged however and whenever the MLs want. Haiz such a waste of great character.

This is just an mc abuse fic. They mandle her, paralyze her body, force her to marry them (not as wife, but as a CONCUBINE) all sorts of hell. And now this. I loved her at the beginning because she was strong and had drive, but now this just devolved into having ALL the odds stacked against her. It's like all the MLS have plot armor. Remember when this started off as her showcasing strength escaping her abusive fiance? Remember when she humiliated her greedy family? All she wanted to do was to not get married to the first shitty fiance, then she didnt want to get married to the emperor, then to not get married to the ml, then to not get married to the demon. She Is Running Away From Them. She never wanted the attention of these men. I hate this so much because they're just slowly abusing her and stripping her down from the glory she built up for herself in the beginning.
And then they, ML, and this story treat her like it's her fault she's pretty and that men cant help but inconvenience her.
Remember how she was in the body of a child and ML gave her a fruit to age up her body? No one knows she's mentally older, but ml still aged her up physically??? Gross.
Remember the mc from A Star Reborn: The Queen's Return? Remember how she was strong and smart and witty? The last time i read that, the ml's family was abusing her, they dropped her in a pit, she's cripplingly suffering from severe ptsd from her last life, her airplane to home gets blown up, ML's brother kidnaps her, and when i went to read spoilers, a lot worse is planned and coming.
