Yeah, in the end that's what matters the most I guess...but the ends don't always justify the means.
Okay, the uke was a bit (I'm being nice) wimpy, I can deal with that. But the seme. THAT FUCKING SEME. A complete disappointment from the start, this (not being nice now) manga where nobody explained to Kairi, who only wanted a job, that he was getting married, and is cruelly bullied and raped (I believe this can definitely be counted as legitimate rape) by the seme who has raging fits of jealousy whenever another man so much as speaks to him, says that if he is touched or shows skin to another man he won't be forgiven, even if the advance is unwelcome (this was not actually stated but that seems to be a recurring pattern with these types of seme). Was the uke extremely naive? Yes. Could he have had a bit more common sense? Yes. Could he have stood up for himself more? Yes. But that still doesn't warrant this kind of repeated abuse. Overall, a huge disappointment, I can't see how, other than the art, which was pretty nice, this could have gotten anything above 6 stars.
