Not really. She went to that extreme, it's not his fault. He knew she was fucked up but it's still not his fault she was unpredictable lol

I just could never do that myself, but that's just me. I know what it's like to watch people with mental illness, and it seems cruel to just watch sit back and watch and not try to help, but it fits his sadistic demeanor.

I think their relationship was fucked up, but that's really where the physiological tag comes into play. If you knew and read the tags you would know that this wasn't going to be a cute fluffy relationship beforehand of reading. So i don't understand why your complaining as if there relationship was supposed to end on a non-toxic healthy way. I mean you read the tags, right? I think even the cover gave away that their relationship isn't healthy.
Of course, I've read psychological type comics for a while now, but THIS was on a whole new level of toxicity. I wasn't expecting it to go this far. I love complex writing, but this was disturbing that no one saw fit to save her from herself and give her a new world. I wasn't waiting for a fluffy happy ending just one where she found a way to be happy with herself and move away from the pain she endured over her life.
I don't really care about him, but it seems she's happy with what he's giving her, so I guess that's her happy ending which is sad. It's just depressing.
