Does anyone know why or is anyone else facing the same problem as me.... I'm not able to agree with a comment, but somehow I'm able to thumbs up or upvote a comment.....?
Is it because I'm new here? Or something else????

When I agree with a comments (the top comments under manhua or manga then it says my acc is Eneligible to vote)

Yeah but only for certain comments
When I 'agree' with the some certain other comments (the top comments) it says my acc is not eligible to vote
