Nope. That doesn’t mean anything hehe, that’s just a title. The chairman clearly says to him “do your mother and i really have to deal with this?” so we know the other person is his mom, right? Then his mom refers to the chairman as “mother!”, thus, we can confirm they’re both women (by traditional standards of course, unless in this universe they call omega men “mother” as well heh)
