While it was NOT brought up in the main part of the story I do remember one omegaverse manga I read in the introduction to the universe mentioning that female alphas have a RETRACTABLE *ahem "thing" so that's why they still look "female" in most/many omegaverse.

Sadly no I don't （/TДT)/ I would need to go through and re-read all of the omegaverse manga I have read I just remember in one of the ones I read it was mentioned that is how females are able to reproduce. (￣∇￣")

I looked through a bunch of manga and realized the whole retractable thing must of been something I read in an online fan fiction or novel something as I can't find it.
(〜￣△￣)〜 （/TДT)/ I may have also forgotten it was from an image I had come across a while back this image that does mention it being a part of it so maybe it is part of the omegaverse its just most authors don't mention it or they do a different thing.
Most of the omegaverse read did all mention that the female alphas do have a "thing" it just it only gets erect when stimulated and its usually only mentioned in the intro for those that did mention here are some of the ones that mention the female biology a little bit but only in the introduction. I guess I must have mixed my information when I posted that comment sorry about that misleading comment(￣∇￣")

I used to always wonder about female alphas and how female x female stuff in omegaverse worked... I remember reading a story one time where the parents were a male omega x a female alpha and the male omega was the one who got preggos and I was like wait what??
Now I know that female alphas have dicks lol
