So it is a yaoi and the MC likes the goody-two-shoes dude of the school and confesses to him. He gets rejected, but goody-two-shoes has a twin that is called "Mad Dog" for some obvious reasons. Mad dog hits on MC they are dating, mad sus trans sister OK. I didn't get that far but i'm pretty sure that sister dated MC's Boyfriend's dad when she was living in some sketchy place. IDK.
