I’m pretty sure the lady like idk lied to countess because Kara takes medicine that makes her stop her period and she may be sick or infertile cuz of it but doctor lady or something didn’t want Charlotte to be upset by the news and lied or idk I may be wrong T^T (ALSO I DIDNT MEAN TO FOLOW U IT WAS ACCIDENT IM SRRY ;-;)

She won't loose the baby that easily. If that's all it took no woman would be able to work while in the early stages of pregnancy at all.
