Hello there, I've lost a manga. Please help me.

It's an omegaverse, have male pregnancy.
The uke had been forced to sleep someone and got pregnant (got a little girl).
A few years later he has got a job at a high school as a gardener/storekeeper.
There he met his fated pair, they got together.
And at the last part there were some trouble with the child's biologichal father, but everything worked out at the end.
