He's Shic's dad if my memory serves me right. He's also the head of the Association, which Opion is affiliated with, so it gives him the right to protect and defend any magicians under Opion, which in this case is Rood
I'm confused. Who's the red haired guy that basically owned the tower? He looks like he's related to Shic. And what was he talking about, why would the black magician need to be returned to him? What association?
