I think it meant like the heart beating really fast when you’re nervous & anxious. You’re usually like that with loved ones ^^
ok but would you understand what was going on if someone grabbed your hand, put it on their chest, and said "this is how i feel".

I mean srsly some old manga used this as a confession but it didn't seem to be logic to me cause if ur heart isn't beating then u would be dead
