Ok so I think that...Eun-Woo (the werewolf seme) did something bad to Yoon's (the blond uke) family, I think it's either Eun-Woo or Eun-Woo's family that killed Yoon's Mom. And the red head doctor promised to protect Yoon, and Eun-Woo bit or "marked" Yoon maybe turning him into a werewolf??? Yeah I dunno but this is what I'm getting
