I'm going to differ with Rose... I've gone 13 hours - my partner came until he had a dry orgasm, I lost count of mine - so, 2 hours is not only possible, but kind of average. You also have to remember that sex between men isn't all penetration... There is frottage, oral sex and anal play (not just anal penetration) as well. I suppose anything that is not actual penetration could be considered "foreplay", but I've never subscribed to that school of thought. If it can produce an orgasm, it's sex to me.
