Because he doesn't want YeonWoo (a.k.a Woo Pittman bcs their married) to get hurt by him again,he regretted so much that he'd already free him. He wants YeonWoo's trust and love but he realise already in a long time that YeonWoo hated him by what he did,Keith doesn't think YeonWoo only as a sex partner in the past but that he realise that he Keith himself Love's YeonWoo very much that he would die for him.

In chapter 46- they are gonna do it,Keith cried again in chap. 46 (i think) because i think he said in the novel—"I love you" "i've bean inlove for a long time",Keith watered his eyes (cried) as YeonWoo look at him,they embraced each others love's desire as YeonWoo caressed Keith's cheek and kissed him.
Umm when did keith love yeonwoo? Summarize please? I mean didn't keith just said that he would never sleep with men regardless if they were an omega? Sorry i didn't notice the character development... Maybe he's acting like this because yeonwoo marked him? I dunno
