josei/shoujo can definitely have male lead perspectives! and same with seinen/shounen having female lead perspectives. those type of manga are categorized by the target audience, not which sex has the lead/perspective.
I seriously thought this was josei smut lol. But I guess it’s from guys perspective. But most seinen I’ve read the guy gets with a bunch of different girls. I think their relationship is cute, but idk what drama will be introduced next
