He’s dad kidnap him but then he came back when he’s dad was asleep
He was probably forced yk like kidnapped by ine of his dad's workers that's why there was a struggle when cha kyungjoo went to his apartment

Thank you very much @white. I did think that's what happened but I also think the story layout could have been better.
This doesn't add up?! He disappears without any explanation to why and jumps to a proposal of marriage. What happened in between?! Missing chapter maybe,if not then this is nonsensical.
