there's alot to unpack here
I think Wooyoung forced to go back to Korea by his father and stay there for 2 weeks. That's why Kyungjoo finished his work there and prepared to go back to Korea to propose, but Wooyoung actually ran away and went back to the US.
Ofc those 2 weeks he probably checked up himself to the doctor and found out that he's pregnant.
I think tho. There's no official time stamp so I also got confused. But at least this makes sense for me after re-read it.
Did I miss something one second he missing the next it's running away, getting married and being pregnant #－.－)
