Hmm, I would say the biggest difference is that you're not a character in a fictional world hence, you don't have to be put in some sort of drama every other day to drive a plot and make it interesting. But maybe that's just me....
Yes yes I understand, but I'd at least like to of had one interesting thing happen to me throughout the duration of 4 years. Is that too much to ask dammit

Trust me. That 'interesting thing' is no fun at all. When it happen and you realise just how great peaceful life is, you'd wish it never happen.
My high-school friendships be like:
Me: haha pp
Friend 1: lol haha pp
In comparison, these highschoolers out here having emotional depth, character growth, deep and life long friendships.. what did I miss?
