I don't understand the conversations in the raw for chapter 19, but I wonder if those to kidnappers let Nanahara hear their conversation on purpose? Is it possible that Hirata wants Yashiro to doubt/lose trust in Misumi and thus hesitate to ask for help/let him know whats going on? If you don't feel you can trust anyone, it complicates things and leaves you with less options to take.
We need just wait for translated ch.19 and then we will know...or not :D But i don´t believe Misumi betrayed Yashiro. Then why Misumi was in Yashiro company every time and he was worried about conflict between Yashiro and Hirata? Shit i need ch. 19 and ch. 21!!! ┗( T﹏T )┛
