Whose gender? It's been made quite clear by now
Mc is a male and his sister is a girl (the one he is looking for) the goddess is a girl. That the one dude following him is a make I think.

Solar is female actually, the artist doesn't really make any distinction between male and female faces but in some of the panels you can see that she's female.
I still don’t know anyone’s gender so I just call them “it” or “they”
