Nah I think the blonde guy is pretending to take care of the guy in the wheelchair for the boss. He's pretending to be a nice guy but he's actually threatening ex/wheelchair guy or something. Basically blonde guy is possessive over boss so he's trying to check out everyone the boss likes including MC. Sorry if it's confusing I forget their names
