Silver haired guy had a fight with his boyfriend (? I'm not really sure about their relationship), the one who gets confused with the main seme. And in the recent chapter in the raws, there's another guy who came to their house and made out with the silver dude while the seme was watching. I'm guessing they're just friends with benefits, and the silver dude is (or was) a sex worker as we've seen here when the one he beat up said "Do I really have to pay just to talk to you?".

I think it's the silver haired guy and the one who gets confused with the seme. Not sure though, as this is still ongoing in Ridibooks, but I'm guessing it's where it's going.
