If you think blood related cousins is incest, yes that's often happened, even in other genre of asian story, but libertia and the crown prince have the same father, they're biologically half siblings not cousins (at least cousins have different father and mother despite still blood related), i'm 100% sure incest won't happen in this story, it might happen if it's mature themed like lucia (if i'm not wrong, ML in lucia was born from incest lineage, but it's clearly addressed and shown as disturbing so ML want to put his family tradition to an end), but when villainess loves is not a mature story, it will be shocking and disgusting to the korean readers there if the crown prince suddenly has romantic feelings for libertia, so i'm sure the author won't ever do that

I'm sure it will be bizarre, disgusting,and unacceptable for korean readers if the prince suddenly fall in love with libertia, incest usually only happens in mature themed story and it's clearly addressed as disturbing, romantic relationship between cousins might be acceptable in asia (because i found many romantic story between cousins in manga, anime, or manhwa, usually only side couple or love rival tho), but the prince and libertia have the same father, they're biologically half-siblings not cousins, i'm sure the author won't do that
