drinking milk can help kids grow taller, BUT drinking ONLY milk is not enough you will need other vitamins and minerals. since milk is mainly for fortifying bones.

My neighbor used to live in Vietnam but she moved to America when she was 18,
she drinks milk every day while in America. (In Vietnam we didn't have that habit)
After a year she come back and yes she got taller more than 5cm. So yep I think milk really help you grow taller (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

Honestly drinking milk doesn’t help that much lol. It’s something that has been pretty much made up for commercial reason. It’s like an urban legend. What milk give you, other aliments can give it to you too and in bigger quantity.
Biggest proof is that there’s many countries where people don’t drink milk and they’re still tall (and in reverse, Japan milk lobbying is quite strong yet their children aren’t that tall)

That is why I said milk is not nearly enough and that if you wish to grow tall and that you'll need other supplements. and allow me rephrase my first comment, I intended to say 'milk might help kids grow into their potential heights'. It is still uncertain whether or not milk actually affect your overall height because of genetic and diet differences.

Shortly speaking, its 60% genetic and 40% LIFE STYLE (exercise, get enough sleep, eating something that contain calcium, vit D, phosphorus and magnesium)
