Could someone explain why Yoon is called Lady?

He is their lord's lover
while a man, he's the bottom
Guess referring to him being close to a wife in their eyes

just taking reference from past comics

i think it's like an inside joke the employees come up with after seeing him come and go to the yacht because first their boss likes him, second he gets gifts and treated specially etc. so it stuck with them.
