I understand your feelings- but I hope you realize that she IS happy right now. She is living her best life tbh. At least for now, she doesn’t have romantic feelings for the emperor. Or anyone else for that matter.
Rn she’s doing what she loves, doing her duties as a knight, serving his majesty, being close to his side, having FEMALE friends (for the first time in her life!!), becoming an “aunt”, not being forced to do anything she is uncomfortable with... she may not have romance in her life right now, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t happy. You don’t necessarily need a romantic relationship to be happy.
Of course her feelings could change in the future, and if she falls for someone (whether it’s the Emperor or not) and they love her and treat her well then I will wish her the best with him... but she’s in a good place right now. Mentally, physically, and socially. So there’s no need to feel bad for her.
