I think he’s from Lucas past like the prince from before who he was supposed to mentor but Lucas straight up said to his face he’s a weakling and pathetic so he’s not worth teaching him or smth
there was a brief flashback of lucas interacting with aeternitas before he went to sleep. it was around chapter 78 so you can re-read if you want
so basically, aeternitas is manipulating anastacius to get revenge?? my dumbass didn’t even realize that flashback of lucas was foreshadowing ;-;
