i mean it was his choice and he asked. tbh going through something like that and being able to talk about it like that must be relieving so maybe it was more like a stepstone thing for him to be able to tell someone
If i was in their position, I'd be pissed by Andy too but the question is why are you even telling Andy when he barely knows you all? Like he's still some part timer
