I would have preferred an ending where Tomohisa and Hideo died close to each other (not 20 damn years apart), and Sensei as a very old man goes to leave flowers /incense at their side-by-side graves. Then we would know they had a long life together and didn't live apart for long. But thinking of Hideo alone foor 20 years and more...no no no no ....no no nono...I can't take that.
Seriously, this isn't paradise view at all! My heart hurt at the beginning of this manga and then when I thought I was finally at ease...the mangaka had to shatter my heart into pieces with that epilogue!!! Gosh, I understand that this reflects real life but I wish chapter 8.1 didn't exist. Tomohisa and Hideo went through so many hardships so they deserved a fluffy epilogue instead of THAT one. Darn it, I started crying when I saw Tomohisa's grave and my tears can't stop even after finishing this manga. *scream in the pool of tears *
