I really think he does. He keeps hitting on her, and he uses Estella instead of “Arthur” when thinking about her in his head. I’d say he was bi but there’s almost never a male lead in shoujo that’s bisexual. Also, he’s the prince and knew father, he might’ve seen or heard about her at some point. Not sure, very confused
