From what i understand, the Uke has been impregnated and only a few men that are in the royal bloodline can impregnate other men. Through his work he finds out about this suspicious drug that was used in a rape and murder case that he was investigating.

I don't know spoilers because i don't read raws, but i think that the Uke has been raped under the influence of this drug, and i think we will find out eventually who the father of the baby is (my money is on the Duke W)
