Social anxiety comes in many forms. There is no "standard way one experiences it"

I had it bad enough that couldn't look at anyone in the eyes. I hid in a bathroom at college and waited to calm down, probably was there a few hours because I couldn't stop crying. So it seems pretty accurate to me.

I'm working at a shop and I feel the same way, I cry a lot because of it and it's so stressful

I have social anxiety myself since i was a kid, i too couldn't make eye contact or cryed my eyes out for stupid things like talking to people but what i ment to say is that there's something off in this manga like..They romanticize all the social anxiety and i don't feel reallt represented as one of the people who have this type of anxiety
