I'm fine with those types just as long as they can somehow hold out their own and not act so assuming and all important- Yuurin from Ookami heika no hanayome is a girl who blushes, cries, and gets shy a lot( because of circumstances) yet she can yell at people, pick fights with them, protect some, and do her duties.
But I know what you mean. I'm not very fond of shoujo heroines who easily fall in love
(I prefer it if the main guy character falls in love first, ones who pursue instead of being pursued) plus she's very refreshing. I just wish that Wanichin didn't have a girlfriend before hand - it would have ended the same way anyway.
I like her n her character.. Unique n cute.. Hope more manga will have heroine like her instead of shy, easily blushing n crying type of girl.(づ￣ ³￣)づ
