Yes! I really dont see any problem in this. They are both willingly and the MC hasn’t said no or done anything that show he’s uncomfortable in the situation. And yes both are in heat/rut. (I dont know why people blame Alphas when they are in rut, often they aren’t in control of them self, the Sam way no one blames omegas for being horny when they are in heat)..
