I thinks it’s because most other isekais are ones where the mcs have already died in their previous life, so they can’t go back. It seems like that’s not what happened to this one, so the idea that she can go back is still there(I would too probably)
She's not your typical mc wherein once they reincarnated or transmigrated they just get over their previous life but she really wanted to go back to the modern world and would do any means just to go home. It's really sad and I've read a few spoilers indeed bittersweet
