he feels responsible for putting wolfgang on the throne. so his dark thoughts of achieving MORE power is probably an inner motive of fully securing the throne more power for wolfgang = less power for anyone in the kingdom to overthrow him. but it means more work for shin and a possible barrier in his relationship w/ wolfgang my man needs a break
