The kids are kids, but we don't treat them as dump creatures, they're just more simple minded and straight forward so we have to talk to them equally AND just simplify things for them and they'll understand
I have a little neighbors daughter, she's around 9-10 years old? and she's really naughty and i noticed that she'll never back off if you scream at her or scare her! Her mom yell at her all the time and she does get scared but she still carries on to doing whatever she wants
But when i logically talk to her, calmly but firmly, she gets it and lessen
I never really yelled at her, i just make sure to explain it in her logic and be a little firm when needed and she seems to be affected by it more then getting yelled at
lemme just talk for a minute here
i just want to say that this manga is making some important points here? first is talking to a child like they're your equal. i know that children are not as smart as adults are but disregarding their feelings can actually affect how they deal with things. that's why talking to them, apologizing, taking their feelings and opinions into consideration are so important.
second would be the male nursery teachers.. damn. i didn't actually thought about that. i am well aware how children (specially girls) are more vulnerable to abuse by adults around them, but i actually never thought about the thing with male nursery teachers. this is such an important thing to consider. i liked that the characters understood why is that important.
anyways i conclude that being a nursery teacher will be a fountain of youth for you. btw ecchan pls marry me hehe thx
