dojun and jaehee had a past, when they were in high school but something happened (which wasn't revealed yet idk) that broke them apart. Dojun likes Jaehee but is in denial of his feelings because maybe he doesn't want to be vulnerable and get himself hurt again so he pushes Jaehee away. But Jaehee still pursues Dojun because he doesn't want to let him go again just like what happened in the past.
