yes it's good for people to change positively. you want people you care about to be happy. i get that. im talking about how it's irregular for the maid to ignore mc's major change habits and vocabulary. the main character clearly doesn't act the same as the original soul. the mc who has 1000 years of experience definitely has words ingrained in her vocabulary that a sheltered girl like the og soul wouldnt know. her habits she's formed over the years will definitely stay dominant to the og souls. it's not just an 'attitude change.' she acted as a whole different person (bc she is) down to the fucking bone and the maid acted as if it was jus an attitude change and moved on. it's stupid to me;-;
Agree. Tho she's just too stupid so many people will cut her some slack. Like maids are supposed to be smart and do your jobs and evil deeds in the shadows and shit but she doesn't even see that her master's a different human now and I personally think she's here just for the fan service, like many characters in different animes...like who says that all people who play at casino are evil like wtf...at this point i just don't expect anything smart of her....

im not gonna re-read the first few chapters bc they're already blurry to me so correct me if i say something wrong.
according to what i remember, the maid was close enough to her master to talk about running away with her, right? if so why does she just accept her master suddenly changing? it's different for the family bc they werent close to her so they wouldnt understand her little quirks like what vocabulary she uses, her habits, likes, and dislikes. yet, the maid should know those things if she really paid attention to and was close with the girl like she said. i dont believe the mc is able to change the way she acts (or doesnt bother to seeing as she jus stormed out the house) to match the original soul of the body she is in.
furthermore, if someone im close to suddenly has a major change in attitude i could be able to accept that. since it i dont know what's going on in their heads or if something around them is going on. however, if they start using different wording like calling me in a more formal way instead of a nickname, saying you guys instead of yall, calling a water fountain a bubbler, etc, ima get sus. to add onto this, if they stop biting their nails, become interested in something they've never talked about, like wearing pink instead of blue. those little every day things about a person you notice, if many changes piles up jus like that, wouldnt you become hella sus????
after all, habits are something you cant just change because you want to. if that was possible people would be exercising every day instead of lazing around then complaining about their weight ykk?? imo the maid simply accepting it makes me feel like she's a useless character with no observational skills. "kill the villainess" is a much better and more realistic story in this aspect. i feel like other authors should learn from it lmaoo
