That's probably not likely because :
1. The side couple is known to be different from the main couple thus having different stories
2. The uke have always hated his alpha self and wanted to be an omega, so pairing him with the seme will make him accept and love his self and that's the whole point of the story, it is to make character-development

this is just a theory i had out of nowhere... but what if dojun is a late bloomer?? and the reason why he's not buffing up physically is because he's abt to awaken his omega characteristics??? i dunno just a guess lol but I'm still down with the alpha x alpha trope :))
