And who's serious? I just LOLed at this and thought to point it out cause they always do it in manga and I found it especially funny cause this time the 'blonde foreigner' was ironically a mix of two predominantly black-haired nations.
So he is half-japanese (who mostly have naturally black hair) and half-italian (who also mostly have naturally black hair) and somehow he's a briliant blonde...
XD Gotta love how japanese think all foreigners have blond hair and blue/green eyes
Fun fact: the only naturally blonde italians come exclusively form the southern regions (Sycily) and that is roughly 8% of the population
