because of how he grew up, they lived in extreme poverty that wasnt the result of having kids, so his parents shouldny have had kids when they know they cant afford to raise them. and especially having a second child knowing you cant afford to raise them. he didnt have any privacy, and they needed his help so much he had to deny their requests just to get time to himself, and by the looks of it they seem to only use him as a bank and dont interact unless they need something
